- Dates: ASAP ongoing for 3-6 months
- Minimum shifts per month: 16 plus weekend call
- Weekend requirement: Yes — 2 weekend days per month (one Saturday and one Sunday)
- Call required: Yes — Weekend only
- Level 1 trauma center
- Supervision: MDs supervise; autonomy increases once experience is established
- Operating rooms: 15 ORs, 4 endo, 2 cath, 2 OB
- OB deliveries per month: ~200
- Beeper call — often required to report for morning cases
- Rotation order: 2nd → 3rd → 4th → 5th → 6th call
- 2nd & 3rd: 24 hours (beeper all day and night)
- 4th: 14 hours
- 5th & 6th: 10 hours
- Once Saturday/Sunday cases are complete, CRNAs go home:
- 6th leaves first, then down the line
- 4th–6th are not called back in after leaving
- EMR: Ipro
- Certifications: Must have active FL ARNP License, BC, ACLS, BLS, PAL
- Credentialing timeframe: Average 90 days
- Must not have malpractice or background history
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Availability for the next 6 months from date of presentation, Must accept weekend call
