Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time CRNA position with well-established care team at a 222-bed hospital
- Care team model: 10.2 MDs and 21 anesthetists
- Case mix includes OB (required), general, ortho, neuro-spine, vascular, thoracic, healthy peds, and GYN
- No cardiac, no intracranial neuro, no trauma
- Sole provider of anesthesia services at Memorial Belleville and Shiloh Hospitals

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $225,000–$255,000 annually, plus incentive opportunities
- Sign-on bonus available
