Job description
Locum CRNA opportunity with a high-volume surgical team. Autonomous practice environment with strong MD support. Cross-credentialing required. Call interview/Zoom with clinical leadership mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in weekend call rotation (2 weekend days per month).
Complete pre- and post-anesthesia assessments.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Ipro EMR.
Follow Level-1 trauma protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
Active Florida ARNP license.
Board Certified; ACLS, BLS, PALS required.
Clean malpractice and background history.
Must live outside 75 miles from the site and not in Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade County.
Must qualify for cross-credentialing and meet all presentation requirements.
Working Hours
Minimum 16 shifts per month + weekend call.
Weekend Call Details: 2nd/3rd = 24 hrs, 4th = 14 hrs, 5th/6th = 10 hrs.
Beeper call; morning cases on weekends are typical.
Skills
Strong decision-making with autonomous practice ability.
Ability to work in high-acuity trauma settings.
Excellent communication for team-based care.
