A Facility in Idaho is seeking full-time CRNA locums for continuous 40-hr/week coverage.
Mix of 8s, 10s, 12s + 1× 24-hr and 1× 16-hr shift weekly
Call: 1 weekend + 2 weeknights/month
OT after 40 hrs
Patient population: Mostly age 12+
Supervision model (max 4:1)
Cases: General, GYN, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lung, GI, healthy peds, eyes, IR/MRI, structural hearts, EP
Level II Trauma experience required
No OB, sick peds, open heart, burns, or transplants
CRNAs perform spinals; no blocks, epidurals, or central lines
Requirements
DEA + CSR required
Will consider candidates needing licensure
6–12 months experience (1 year preferred)
No local candidates
