🩺 Float with Flexibility — High-Acuity Locums CRNA Role in Virginia
Join a dynamic anesthesia team serving multiple facilities in Fredericksburg, VA. This full-time float pool position offers diverse cases, flexible scheduling, and strong support.
🔍 Position Highlights
• Location: Fredericksburg, VA (3 hospitals)
• Schedule:
• Full-time: 4x10s (40 hrs/week) Must be flexible with 8s, 10s, 12s
• One call shift per 8-week schedule (optional)
• Schedule released 8 weeks in advance
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 6–12 months preferred
🏥 Clinical Details
• Supervision Ratio: 4:1
• Case Mix: OB, thoracic, vascular, EP, ortho, GI, ENT, healthy peds dental
• No transplants; hearts and lungs included
Skills Required:
• Spinals and epidurals (CRNAs perform their own)
• No blocks
• Level 2 trauma experience required
• OB and thoracic experience required; peds preferred
Technology:
• DivRad workstation provided
• Smart worklist prioritization
• PowerScribe 360 dictation
• AIdoc AI tools for clinical support
• 24/7 IT and radiology assistant support
✅ Requirements
• VA license (active or in process)
• AHA certifications required
• Must be available for one holiday shift (paid at 1.5x hourly)
• Travel reimbursed (flights only for FT providers, one round trip)
