- Dates: March 2- Ongoing
- Schedule: M-F 8hr and 10hr shifts available
- Case Types: General, Ortho, Urology, Optho, Plastics, ENT, Neurosurg, Vascular, Podiatry, EP, Endoscopy, Bronch
- Level 2 Trauma Center
- Proficiency in spinal anesthesia and aline insertion preferred but not required
- Medical direction 3-4 CRNAs : 1 MDA
- Certifications: PA licensed only, NBCRNA, PALS
- Credentialing timeframe 60 - 120
