- Active Indiana license required (J+C can assist)
- Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm / Call hours: 3pm - 7am
- OR call every night, 1 hour response time, LIMITED call back (2.5 per month, but sometimes can be called in for difficult intubations in ER)
- All CRNA practice
- Cases required: General, Endo, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Pain management, GYN, Podiatry
- Heavy ENDO, 15 minute turnovers
- Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required
- EMR: Medaxion
- 60 days to credentialed, 30 if clear background/history/active license
