Schedule: Monday–Friday.

  • Weekend work available for those taking calls.
  • Shift Length: Typically 8 hours (occasionally 10 hours or longer).
  • Shifts per Month: Approximately 15–25.

  • EMR System: Epic
  • Trauma Level: 3
  • Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes
  • Patients per Shift: 1–20
  • Beds in Department: 6
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

Skills Required:

  • Adult, Pediatric, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Spine, Complex Orthopedic Cases,
  • Pain Management Techniques, Post-Op Epidural, Epidural Steroid (Lumbar),
  • Epidural Steroid (Cervical), Ventilation Management

Other Details:

  • Medically directed model.
  • Facility has 1 Anesthesiologist daily who runs the board and can medically direct up to 4 rooms.
  • GI room managed solely by a CRNA.
  • CRNAs do not need their own DEA; hospital DEA can be used.

Preference:

  • CRNAs based in Wisconsin preferred.
  • If traveling from out of state, prefer availability of at least 1 week at a time (or more).
  • In-state CRNAs: prefer 1–2 days of availability.
