- Dates: Jan 12-May 10
- Shifts will be 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p or 3p-11p
- Approx 40 hour per week
- Full-time - Approx 40 hours per week
- Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Hospital bed size: 317
- Requirements: Board Certification: CRNA, AZ license, BLS or ACLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
