CRNA Locum – Supervision Model | Greensboro NC | 40-Hour Guarantee | Epic EMR

Aya Locums is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a Medical Supervision model locum opportunity in North Carolina, beginning January 2026. Providers will rotate between two facilities, with a consistent 40-hour workweek, strong physician support, and opportunities for scheduled and on-call shifts.

Position Details:

• Start Date: January 2, 2026

• Contract Type: Ongoing Locum

• Schedule: 40-hour work week; rotating between multiple sites (8s, 10s, and 12s available)

• Shifts: Daytime shifts (7:00a–3:00p typical)

• Call: Weeknights (3p–7a) | Weekends (7a–7a)

• Model: Medical Supervision

• EMR: Epic

Case Mix Includes:

Site 1: General, vascular, neuro, OB/GYN (~1,000 deliveries/yr), urology — everything except hearts and complex peds
Site 2: Healthy peds dental and ENT, ENT, cataracts, ortho (no totals), endoscopy

Site Coverage Details:

• Site 1: 4 physicians, 15 CRNAs/day (14 sites)

• Site 2: 1 physician, 3 CRNAs/day (3 sites)

• Epidurals: CRNAs handle daytime epidurals; MDs handle epidurals during on-call shifts (1:7 rotation)

Credentialing & Orientation:

• Temporary privileges available for clean, licensed providers

• Expedited credentialing for completed and verified files

Requirements:

• Certification: CRNA

• License: Active NC license
  

• Experience: Recent hospital-based experience preferred
