Coverage Needed
- February 9, 2026 - Ongoing
- Schedule: 40-hours per week guaranteed - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On Call required
Clinical Details
- Trauma Level: 3
- Bed Size: 150
- Case Mix: OB 25-50%, OR 50-75%
- Procedures: Ortho, Gyn, ENT (only healthy peds), 1-2 level back fusions, laminectomies, Davinci Gyn and urology, Endo, cardioversions, and peds dental
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Independent practice – CRNAs perform their own Pre-Op, Regional Blocks (encouraged but not required). No direct supervision by MDAs; a physician is available for assistance if needed.
Requirements
- Board Certification: NBCRNA
- State Licenses: Willing to license
- DEA
- CSR: Idaho required
- Years of Experience Required: 1 year
