Join a collaborative and highly skilled Anaesthesia Services Team at a state-of-the-art Level II trauma centre in beautiful Muskegon, MI! This permanent, full-time CRNA position offers variety, professional growth, and excellent work-life balance — all while enjoying life by Lake Michigan’s shoreline.
📋 Position Highlights:
- Schedule includes a mix of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts
- No call required 🙌
- 20 operating rooms, 5 heart & vascular rooms, 6 endoscopy suites, 2 C-section suites
- Broad case mix: Ortho, GI, GYN, ENT, Vascular, Neuro, Cardiac, Healthy Peds, Robotics
- Supportive, team-based environment
- Experience preferred, but new grads (Class of 2025) welcome to apply!
💰 Compensation & Benefits
💵 Pay Rate: $112.75/hour
🎉 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000 (for 0.5 FTE or greater, with 5-year commitment)

✅ NBCRNA Certified
✅ Michigan License (or willing to obtain)
