- Schedule: On-site clinical hours only
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- License: An active Wisconsin state license is required

- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 1-20 patients per shift and 6 beds in the department. If the CRNA is traveling from out of state, a minimum availability of at least 1 week at a time is preferred, ideally longer; if the CRNA is in state, a minimum of 1–2 available days is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
* Conduct pre-operative evaluations and post-anesthesia care as needed
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow anesthesia safety protocols
* Collaborate with surgical, procedural, and care teams
Qualifications
* Active certification and clinical experience required
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in procedural settings
* Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements based on location and need
Working Hours
* In-state providers: minimum availability of 1–2 days at a time
Skills
* Strong patient monitoring and critical decision-making skills
* Effective communication in multidisciplinary teams
* Ability to adapt to varying procedural environments
