A hospital-based practice in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia coverage beginning February 2026 and ongoing. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling options with strong clinical support and independence in case management.
Job Responsibilities
Manage primarily vascular and electrophysiology cases.
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other care team members.
Ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes in all aspects of anesthesia care.
Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation using Epic EMR.
Qualifications
Active Nebraska License – Highly Preferred (open to candidates obtaining license)
Clean malpractice/background record – Preferred
Epic EMR experience – Preferred
Working Hours
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
On-Call Requirements: Weekend and night call
Coverage Need: 1–4 weeks at a time, flexible on/off scheduling available
