Specialty: CRNA
Contract Length: 1 year contracts.
Schedule: 40-hours per week guaranteed - M-F (8am-5pm) No call, no weekends.
Work Details:
·Support Staff: Currently Independent practice – CRNAs perform their own Pre-Op, Regional Blocks (encourage, but not required), etc. They are not directly supervised by MDAs, so must be comfortable with no supervision/being independent. A physician is typically available to assist for difficulties, but CRNAs should plan to be independent providers.
·Department description: Trauma Level 3
·Case Mix: It would be OB 25-50% and OR 50-75%. MUST be comfy with OB. There are an avg of 1,500 births annually at Nampa. The types of cases they do- Ortho, Gyn, ENT (only healthy peds), 1-2 level back fusions, laminectomies, Davinci Gyn and urology, Endo, cardioversions and peds dental.

·Board Certification: BC required
·License required: Open to licensing.
·DEA: yes
·CSR: yes
·Minimum experience required: 1 year
*Credentialing Timeframe: about 30 days if licensed. up to 60-75 days if non-licensed (pending license)
