- Dates: January - Ongoing
- Schedule: Fri-Mon 12-hour days
- Case mix includes: ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro)
- Epic EMR
- Active WA license is required
- Must be Board Certified
- Temp privs available
- 60-90 day estimated credentialing
