Number of Providers Needed: 2

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts

• No call required

• Preference for traveling CRNAs to cover 1+ weeks at a time

• In-state CRNAs may provide 1–2 days of coverage as available

Facility Details:

• Stroke Certified Hospital

• Trauma Level III

• 6 Beds in Facility

• 1–20 Patients per Shift

• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin License – Required

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS Certifications – Required
