We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide locum services in Lexington, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for flexible scheduling and a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed beginning February 2026 and ongoing for 6 months.
Job Details:
• Case Types: Intubation, central line, arterial line, line placement; no OB; blocks not typically required
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
• Schedule: Full-time; 4x10s or 3x12s; 7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 7:00 AM–7:30 PM with 30-minute lunch; must be available 4 weeks/month
• Support: Medically directed model; CRNA supported by anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and residents. Typical ratios range from 2:1 to 3:1, occasionally up to 4:1 for low acuity
• EMR System: EPIC Preferred
Requirements:
• Active CRNA Certification (NBCRNA)
• State License in Kentucky (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in general anesthesia procedures preferred; minimum 1 year required (no new grads)
