Temporary privileges available with a clean background, malpractice history, and active unrestricted license.

🏥 Practice Model

• All CRNA practice – No supervision

• Number of providers during the day: 1

• Number of ORs: 1

• EMR System: Medaxion

  • General

  • Orthopedics

  • Ophthalmology

  • Pain Management

  • GYN

  • Podiatry

• Regional Skills (Required):

  • Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

  • Caselogs required — proof of epidural, spinal, and block experience

⚙️ Additional Site Details

• Heavy endoscopy volume

• 15-minute turnovers

• Minimal call backs — average 2.5 per month

• May be called in for difficult intubations in the ER
