- Practice Model: All CRNA practice (no supervision)
- Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
- Cases: General, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, GYN, Podiatry
- Skills Required: Proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks
- Caselogs: Required for epidurals, spinals, and blocks
- OR Setup: 1 OR, no Endo/CV/Cath/IR rooms
- Charting System: Medaxion
