Position Highlights

Open to full-time (80 hours/pay period) or part-time (48 hours/pay period) employment

Independent CRNA practice model — no supervision required

Cases: All types except neurosurgery and cardiac; healthy pediatrics only

Procedures: Wide range, including regional and peripheral nerve blocks

Facilities: 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and nearby ASC

Schedule: Assigned shifts; equitable paid call with post-call day off; weekends shared

Work alongside a solid, experienced team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists

Relocation may be required for local residency
Requirements

Board Certified CRNA – Required
-
Active or eligible for Oregon licensure – Required
-
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience – Required (no new graduates)

Clean malpractice history/background – Required
-
Copy of NPDB self-query report – Required
-
Must specify interest in full-time or part-time role – Required

Note any ties to Oregon (family, prior residence, etc.) – Required
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $305,218 annually (for full-time, experienced CRNA at 1.0 FTE)
