ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time locum position at a facility in the Cedar Valley region, in their anesthesiology department. The CRNA will provide anesthesia services and patient monitoring before and during surgical procedures in a collaborative, high-volume OR environment. This role offers structured scheduling, competitive capped bill rates, and travel reimbursement.

Dates / Schedule

Patient Contact Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Full-time availability required
Orientation and call coverage available per rate structure

Job Details / Responsibilities

Evaluate and monitor patient care before and during surgery
Provide general anesthesia, OB anesthesia (including TOLAC), and anesthesia for healthy pediatric patients
Perform conscious sedation procedures
No cardiac or neurosurgical cases
Work alongside 6 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers across 13 OR rooms
Support a departmental case volume of 30–50 cases per day
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
No outreach or telehealth responsibilities
No in-house lab, pharmacy, or medical imaging services

Required Skills and Qualifications

Board Certification – Required
Active Iowa License or Compact License – Required
Full-time availability – Required
Clean malpractice and background record – Required
