📍 Location: Douglas & Casper, WY
🏥 Practice Setting: Small Rural Hospital (4 ORs per site)
🩺 Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
📅 Start Date: December 1, 2025 and ongoing
📆 Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
📞 Coverage: Scheduled + On-Call

⚙️ Practice Overview

• 👩‍⚕️ Model: Independent Practice (Wyoming CRNAs are Licensed Independent Providers)

• 🧑‍⚕️ Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 RN

• 🩹 Coverage: 1–2 weeks/month (Monday–Friday)

• 💻 EMR: Meditech

• 🏥 Sites: Douglas & Casper – 4 ORs each

💼 Case Mix

• General Surgery

• Spine

• Eyes

• Plastics

• Orthopedics

• Neuro

• OB (optional — not required)

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 Board Certification: Required

• 🪪 Wyoming License: Required (IMLC accepted, willing to license)

• 💊 DEA: Required

• ❤️ Experience: Will review new graduates

• ⏱ Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days (temporary privileges available with clean NPDB)
