Start Date: Oct 13-17; Nov 3; Nov 24-26; Dec 1-5; Dec 22-24; Dec 29-31; Jan 5-ongoing
Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
Call hours: 3 pm - 7 am
Type of cases required: Ortho, General, Outpatient, light Peds, Vascular, Regional, NO OB or Trauma. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
Licensure Requirements: Candidates need a PALS cert
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
