Start: ASAP
Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
Call hours: 7 pm - 7 am
Call Scheduled: OR and OB call
Types of Cases Required: General, Ortho, ENDO, Podiatry. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
Number of ORs: 2
Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
