Provider Requirements:
Boards: Must be certified
License: PA Active (will not wait for license)
Certs: ACLS, BLS, CPR
Must be comfortable with thoracic and vascular
Must be willing to do 8 or 10-hour shifts.

Need CRNAs to cover 8s, 10s. Some 12s & 16s. Weekends, evenings, and night shifts available
Typical Day:
May be involved in vascular / hybrid / EP and Thoracic
ORs, Hybrid, 2 Endoscopy locations & Bronchoscopy Suite, and EP
No Peds, No OB, No Hearts
Typically, a day includes 12 locations. 1 EP site doing Afib/flutter ablations, TEE/CV, bronch suite does ion robot/EBUS/flex bronchs. Heavy with thoracic and surgical oncology cases.
The usual staffing model is 1:3 with some variation based on case type and patient acuity.
Physicians do perform solo cases at times.
Supportive, cohesive anesthesia team with good relationships reflecting respect and professionalism among CRNAs, Physicians, and the OR staff. Supportive anesthesia techs who assist who perform machine checks and assist with room set-ups, etc.
Typical Cases Seen
General, ortho, thoracic, cardiothoracic, neuro spine, Urology, GI, GYN, gynecologic onc, endoscopy, cardiac interventional/EP, robotics, ortho trauma (not a designated trauma center, Vascular, Ortho Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Colorectal, Plastics, Bronchoscopy
CRNAs do spinals and blocks if they have a history of completing them
1 CRNA in-house overnight to respond to airways and codes
