Shifts will be 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p or 3p-11p
Approx 40 hour per week
Cannot request shift times or days – schedule is created by a software that auto generates
Work Details:
- Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
- Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
- Department description: Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Hospital bed size: 317
- Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience.
- Interview Process: Dr. Weiss will interview candidates by phone.

Requirements:
- Board Certification: CRNA
- License required: we have time to license but must have AZ license before starting
- DEA: No
- CSR: No
- Certifications required: BLS or ACLS
- Minimum experience required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
