Schedule:
• 3 x 9-hour day shifts per week (7:00 – 16:00)
Specific Dates Coverage Needed:
• Dec 22–24, Dec 29–30 x2, Dec 31
• Jan 5 (call only)
• Feb 9–13, Feb 16
• April 20 (call only)
• May 22–24 (call only), May 25–29
• July 6–10, July 13–17
• Aug 3–7, ongoing weekly
Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Age Group: All ages
Case Types & Responsibilities:
• General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry (No OB)
• CRNA practice: autonomous, no supervision required
• Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks
• 3 ORs in use during shifts, 4 providers per day
• EMR: EPIC
