Call: None (no weekday, weekend, or pager call required)

Supervision Model: MD-supervised (4:1 CRNA-to-MD ratio)
Charting: Paper charting
Case Types: General, Orthopedic, OB (C-sections only), and Endoscopy
Number of ORs: 4
MDs also perform their own cases
