Position Overview
Join a high-performing CRNA team covering two Minnesota hospitals (20 minutes apart). Enjoy the perfect mix of supervised and independent practice, flexible scheduling, and broad case exposure — including OB and regional anesthesia.
Highlights

Full-time preferred (minimum 2 weeks/month considered)

8-hour day shifts Monday–Thursday (electives)

Fridays: emergent cases only (C-sections, limited add-ons)

Weeknight & weekend beeper call (rotated)

Mix of supervised (Owatonna) and unsupervised (Faribault) settings

Level III community hospitals with strong support teams
Case Mix
General, OB (VBAC/TOLAC), ENT, pediatrics, blocks, epidurals, and spinals.
No cardiac surgeries (only cardioversions or TEEs performed by cardiologists).
Practice Details

Call Type: Beeper (30-minute response; sleep rooms available)

Charting: Hospital-specific EMR systems

Experience: Must be confident practicing independently

Requirements

Board Certification: NBCRNA

Certifications: ACLS & BLS (AHA)

License: Active MN license required (non-compact)

Experience: Minimum 1 year, strong OB background
