- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 1-20 patients per shift. If the CRNA is traveling from out of state, availability for at least one week at a time, preferably longer, is preferred. For CRNAs located in-state, a minimum availability of one to two days at a time is requested.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage patients throughout all phases of anesthesia, including preoperative assessment, induction, maintenance, and recovery.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
* Participate in on-site clinical hours and beeper call coverage as needed.
Qualifications
* Must hold an active Wisconsin state license.
* Board-certified or board-eligible.
* Previous inpatient or hospital-based anesthesia experience preferred.
* Must complete credentialing within approximately 90 days.
Working Hours
* On-site clinical hours with call coverage as needed.
* Average of 1–20 patients per shift.
* Out-of-state CRNAs preferred to be available for at least one week or longer at a time.
* In-state CRNAs preferred to provide at least one to two days of availability.
Skills
* Strong patient assessment and airway management skills.
* Ability to respond effectively to emergencies in a hospital setting.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making abilities.
