Position Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced CRNA to join a high-acuity Arizona hospital on a short-term contract beginning January 2026. This position offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative anesthesia care team, and exposure to a diverse surgical case mix in a dynamic Level II Trauma environment.

Highlights

• Flexible full-time schedule (~40 hrs/week)

• Day, swing, or evening shifts (auto-generated schedule)

• No call required

• 11 ORs + 2 ambulatory suites

• Average 50–60 cases per day across multiple specialties

• OT available after scheduled shifts

Case Mix

Orthopedic, general surgery, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy.
(Recent hospital experience required.)

Practice Details

• Model: Care team model, medically directed

• Charting: Cerner + SaAnesthesia

• Beds: 317

• Patient Population: Adult and adolescent

Requirements

• Certification: NBCRNA

• License: Active Arizona license (required before start; willing to license)

• Certifications: BLS or ACLS

• DEA: Required

• Experience: Prior hospital anesthesia experience required

Compensation

• Pay Range: $235-$250/hour, 1099
