Required Skills:
  • Valid and current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in anesthesia administration and monitoring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Adequate physical stamina and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in diverse clinical settings or specialized anesthesia procedures
  • Knowledge of advanced airway management techniques
  • Experience with sedation protocols and pain management
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing Anesthesia from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant anesthesia practice experience, preferably in hospital or surgical center settings
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments, especially for travel assignments

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel out of state for assignments, with a preference for availability of at least 1 week per assignment; in-state candidates should be available for 1-2 days
  • Compliance with all hospital, state, and federal licensing requirements
  • Valid CPR and ACLS certifications
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
