Required Skills:
- Valid and current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in anesthesia administration and monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Adequate physical stamina and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in diverse clinical settings or specialized anesthesia procedures
- Knowledge of advanced airway management techniques
- Experience with sedation protocols and pain management
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing Anesthesia from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant anesthesia practice experience, preferably in hospital or surgical center settings
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments, especially for travel assignments
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel out of state for assignments, with a preference for availability of at least 1 week per assignment; in-state candidates should be available for 1-2 days
- Compliance with all hospital, state, and federal licensing requirements
- Valid CPR and ACLS certifications
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
