Looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Flagstaff, Arizona to help an acute care hospital!

Start Date: January 12, 2026
Assignment Length: January 12 – May 10, 2026

Schedule Details

• Shifts: 7:00a–3:00p, 7:00a–5:00p, 7:00a–7:00p, or 3:00p–11:00p

• Approx. 40 hours per week

• No scheduling requests accepted – all shift times and days are auto-generated by scheduling software

• Schedule expected to be released approximately November 12

• Scheduled shifts only – no call

• No weekly overtime or overtime after 40 hours

• Average Daily Census: 50–60 cases per day

• Number of ORs: 11 main ORs, 2 ambulatory ORs

• Department Description: Includes ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy

• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Position Details

• Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
  

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days

• Interview Process: Conducted via phone

• Case/Procedure Requirement: Must have recent hospital experience

Requirements

• Board Certification: NBCRNA (CRNA required)

• State License: Arizona (can license prior to start if needed)

• DEA: Not required

• CSR: Not required

• Certifications: BLS or ACLS required

• Minimum Experience: Recent hospital experience required

• Trauma Level: Adult Level I/II facility
