- Contract: Locum
- Rate: Industry competitive and negotiable
- Location: Central Wisconsin
- Case Mix: General, Ortho, Head/Spine, OB, Peds
- Supervision: GI - Independent, Other - Anesthesiologist
- Coverage Model: 5-6 CRNA's, 1 MD
- Coverage:
- Physician: Monday-Friday 6:30am - 230pm
- Support: 10 RN’s, 6 APP’s
- Call: Beeper; 2:30pm-6:30am
- EMR System: Epic
- Certification: NBCRNA
- License: Active Wisconsin upon presentation
- Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
