This is a flexible locum CRNA opportunity offering steady weekday shifts, supportive staffing, and the option for occasional call. The position is ideal for CRNAs looking for autonomy within a care team model and reliable hours in a busy, well-organized hospital environment.
Position Highlights
• Flexible 12- and 16-hour shifts available
• Schedule options: 6:30a–3p, 5p, 7p, or 8p
• Minimum 36 hours/week | 2–3 weeks/month required
• Optional Saturday and weeknight call
• Supervised model (4:1 CRNA-to-MD ratio)
• 24/7 anesthesia technician support for turnover and supplies
• No blocks, spinals, or epidurals
• EMR: Epic
• COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu required (exemptions accepted)
Requirements
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA)
• Active Minnesota license (or willing to obtain)
• ACLS & BLS required
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• Epic experience preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility
