Job Responsibilities

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process. This role requires a strong understanding of anesthesia standards, critical care, and the ability to work effectively within an ambulatory surgical center environment.

Duties
Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout the procedure.
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to develop anesthesia care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Conduct thorough medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ASC standards.
Manage airway procedures and respond promptly to any complications that may arise during anesthesia administration.
Provide care for patients for the outpatient ambulatory care settings.
Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic, HST eChart, for accurate patient data management.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is required.
Strong knowledge of anesthesia standards, critical care practices, and airway management techniques.
Familiarity with medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance.
Experience working in an ASC setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
