Aya Healthcare is seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time locum tenens assignment starting March 2, 2026. This hospital-based role offers ongoing coverage needs, a consistent 40-hour work week, and a supportive anesthesia care team model. The facility is open to licensing (compact accepted) and provides a flexible, professional environment for long-term locums.
Job Responsibilities
Perform Spinal Blocks and occasional arterial lines (not required).
Supervision-based model, max 4:1 ratio with anesthesiologists.
Participate in scheduled and on-call coverage per facility needs.
Collaborate closely with surgical, nursing, and perioperative staff to ensure safe, effective patient care.
Qualifications
License: Open to all states; IMLC accepted (facility willing to wait for licensure)
DEA & CSR: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year (will consider 6 months)
Skills: Comfortable with Level II Trauma; no OB, open heart, or sick peds
Working Hours
Mix of 8s, 10s, and 12s with occasional 24-hour and 16-hour shifts
Call required: 1 weekend and 2 weeknight call shifts per month
Option to work 1 Sat & 1 Sun shift every 3 months instead of one call shift
Schedule provided 6 weeks in advance
No block scheduling
