✅ Requirements:
• NJ RN & CRNA license (willing to license accepted)
• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification
• Comfortable working in a hospital setting with EPIC EMR
📝 Responsibilities:
• Pre-anesthesia assessments & patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Physiologic monitoring & clinical intervention as needed
