Required Skills:
- Active and unrestricted CRNA certification.
- Proven experience in a hospital setting with diverse case types.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly within a team.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia practice, patient safety, and current protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in level 1 trauma or academic centers.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
- Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical anesthesia practice.
- Experience in trauma, neuro, or orthopedic anesthesia is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work Days shifts, primarily between 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexible scheduling options.
- Credentialing with Nebraska Spine Hospital and other facilities within a 60-90 day timeframe.
- Physical ability to meet clinical demands.
- Travel and lodging arrangements preferred. Local travel highly preferred but not required.
- Compliance with all institutional and state licensing standards.
