Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing.
Shift Details: 9a-7p, 7a-7p and 9a-9p, 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Schedule: Monday-Friday work week. No call. No overtime. Need FT coverage. Can look at committed PT.
Work Details:
· Support Staff: Care team model
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time coverage needed. Can look at multiple PT providers to fill FT position.
· Patients per day: 15-17 cases/day
· Patient Population/Age: Peds-Geriatric
· Department Description: Manage complex cases in care team environment. Experience includes but is not limited to: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines and heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma. Will work in a care team model, 100% medically directed.
· EMR: EPIC
Practice Setting:
• Hospital- Inpatient and outpatient
Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and lodging
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active WI license. Will accept IMLC providers
· Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
· Minimum Experience Required: 0-3+ years and ability to perform endotracheal intubation, LMA placement and IV insertion.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
