Job Responsibilities
$160/hr with the option to go permanent
Diverse Case Mix: General Surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, OB, Ortho, Bariatric, UroGyn (no heart, neuro, or thoracic)
Low OB Epidural Volume: Focused, efficient practice with ~100 deliveries/month (C-section rate 15%)
Supervision Ratio: 1 physician to 3 CRNAs
Work Environment: 7 ORs, adult-focused with low pediatric exposure, EMR (Epic)
Permanent Role Benefits: Relocation up to $5k, $25k starting bonus, additional bonuses in year 2 & 3, CME allowance $2,500 + 1 week CME time
