Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Coverage (Minimum 3 Days/Week)

Position Overview

• Coverage Dates: January 12, 2026 – Ongoing

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

• Shift Options: 10-hour shifts (day and evening) No Weekends

• Coverage Need: 2 providers requested; multiple providers scheduled daily

• Facility Setting: Hospital – Main Campus

• EMR System: Epic

• Hospital Stroke Certified

Clinical Expectations

• Average Daily Census: 135 (includes L&D, ENDO, HEARTS, EP, MRI/CT)

• Operating Rooms: 17 ORs operating concurrently

• Anesthesia Care Model: 4:1 medical direction

• Case Mix: Complex neuro, spine, ENT, EP – not bread and butter

• Procedures Required:

  • Arterial lines

  • Intubations

  • Vent management

• Patient Population: Adults (pediatric coverage required)

• No New Graduates Accepted

Requirements

• Board Certification: NBCRNA – Required

• Experience: Must be proficient with advanced anesthesia procedures

• License: Active Missouri License – Required or Willing to License

• Certifications: BLS and ACLS – Required
