~15 shifts per month (may be grouped or PRN/sporadic)

Clinic Provider Daily Volume: Approx. 60 patients per week (days vary from 6–20)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide anesthesia services for hospital inpatients.

Must be able to cover OB, general surgery, limited ortho, limited urology, plastic surgery, and GI cases.
Travel Reimbursement:

Flights: Round trip (including all taxes/fees; no upgrades)

Lodging: Standard lodging rate for total stay (including taxes/fees)
-
Rental Car: Standard daily rate (all taxes/fees included; SUV/upgrades require preapproval)

Mileage: IRS standard rate
