We’re seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a relaxed and supportive outpatient surgery center environment. This position offers a flexible weekday schedule, early finishes, and a guaranteed minimum of six paid hours daily — even on lighter days.

Key Details

  • Location: Niagara County, New York
  • Start Date: December 2025
  • Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (option for Locum-to-Perm)
  • Duration: 13-week initial contract
  • Schedule: 3 days per week, typically 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    • Occasionally runs until 3:00 PM
    • Guaranteed 6 hours of pay daily, even if finished early
  • Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Cases: Broad mix of surgical procedures (no OB)
  • Supervision: Collaborative, team-based environment

Job Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for a variety of outpatient procedures

Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure smooth workflow

Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Current licensure as a CRNA

Active or eligible New York license

BLS and ACLS certification required

Prior experience in ambulatory or surgical settings preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours

3 days per week, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (paid for 6 hours minimum)

Occasionally may stay until 3:00 PM

No weekends, nights, or call

Skills

General anesthesia and regional anesthesia proficiency

Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
