Job Title: CRNA – Locum Tenens
Location: Lexington, KY
Start Date: February 2, 2026
Duration: 26 weeks
Schedule:
- Scheduled shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (½-hour lunch)
- Shift Details: 4x10s
- On-Call Requirements: None
- Availability: Must be available 4 weeks/month
Setting:
- Facility Type: Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
- Patient Population: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (No Neonatal)
- EMR: EPIC preferred
- Practice Model: Medically directed (ratios typically 2:1 or 3:1; up to 4:1 for low acuity)
- ORs: 3 ORs, 4 providers per day
- NORA: Required
Procedures Include:
- Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
- Skills Required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement
- Blocks: Not likely needed
- OB: None
Requirements:
- Board Certification: NBCRNA – Required
- State License: Kentucky – Open to licensing
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Experience: Minimum 1 year – No new grads
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
- Temp Privileges: Available with clean background and active, unrestricted license
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $210/hour
