Location: Kentucky (Open to Licensing)
Start Date: February 2, 2026
Contract Length: 26 weeks

Schedule:
- Full-time, 4x10s (7:00am – 5:30pm, 30-min lunch)
- Must be available 4 weeks per month
- Facility may prioritize candidates available for 10am start times
- Day shifts only, no call required
Case Mix & Work Details:
- CRNA will be medically directed by anesthesiologists (ratios typically 1:2 or 1:3)
- Cases include: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (no Cardiac, no OB)
- All providers required to cover NORA
- Procedures may include: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement (blocks not typically required)
- Patient population: Infants through geriatrics (no neonates)
- Average patient load: 1–9 per day
- Support staff: CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, and Anesthesiologists
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Board Certification: NBCRNA (required)
- Active KY license or willing to obtain (licensing supported)
- Minimum 1 year of experience (no new grads)
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
