Assignment Overview:
Our Partner Medical Center is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a full-time locum opportunity in Boise, Idaho. Providers will join a dynamic anesthesia team at a 378-bed acute care hospital with a diverse surgical case mix. This is a continuous, full-time assignment with scheduled clinical hours and limited call requirements.
Start Date: March 2, 2026
Contract Length: 6–12 months (ongoing coverage preferred)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Mix of 8s, 10s, and 12s (varies weekly)
Call Requirements:
• 1 weekend call shift per month
• 2 weeknight call shifts per month
(Option to work 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday regular shift every 3 months to replace a call shift)
Schedule Release: Every 6 weeks
Compensation:
• Pay Range: $225–$240 per hour
• Travel & Lodging: Provided (flight, rental car/mileage, hotel)
Practice Details:
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital (378 beds)
• Practice Setting: Hospital – Operating Room (Level II Trauma)
• Number of ORs: 17 Main ORs, 7 Day Surgery, plus Specials, Cath Labs, Endoscopy, and Radiology
• Supervision Model: Medically directed, up to 4:1 ratio
• Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• EMR: Epic
Case Mix:
• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Spine
• Neurosurgery (crani)
• Vascular
• ENT
• GI / Endoscopy
• GYN
• Plastics
• Eye
• Interventional Radiology
• Healthy Peds (no sick peds)
• Structural Heart / EP
(No OB, Burns, Transplant, or Open Heart Cases)
Skills & Procedures:
• Spinal Blocks
• Basic Airway Management
• Arterial Lines (occasionally)
(No Epidurals, Central Lines, or Regional Blocks required)
Requirements:
• Certification: NBCRNA (required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (will consider 6+ months)
• State License: Idaho (open to licensing)
• DEA & CSR: Required
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30–45 days if licensed; up to 90–120 days if pending license
