Job Title: CRNA – Locum Tenens
Location: Coldwater, MI
Start Date: December 10, 2025
Duration: Ongoing weekly coverage (specific dates available)
Schedule:
- Scheduled shifts: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- On-Call Requirements: Every 4th night (Call hours: 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Call response time: 30 minutes
- Full weeks available
- No OB
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Population: Adults
EMR: Epic
Procedures Include:
- General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry
- Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
- No OB
- All CRNA practice (no supervision)
- 3 ORs, 4 providers per day
Board Certification Required: Yes
State License Required: Michigan
DEA: Required
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
