Locum CRNA needed in Woonsocket, RI - $210/hr to $220/hr

CRNA – Locum Tenens (Full-Time, Ongoing)

Coverage & Schedule

Coverage Type: Scheduled hours + required call
Scheduled Hours: 7a–3p (Monday–Friday)
Call:

• Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend

• Call hours: 3p–7a

• Response time: 30 minutes
  Schedule Pattern: Ongoing weekly, permanent 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
  Time Off: 13 weeks annually
  Specific Coverage Dates Needed: Oct 10; Nov 5–6; Nov 25–27; Dec 4; Dec 22–25; Dec 29–31
  Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

Work Details

Practice Setting: Hospital
Team Model:

• Daily: 3 CRNAs + 1 MD

• Full Model: 4 CRNAs + 2 MDs

• MDs: Handle preops, run boards, PACU, assist as needed, take 2nd call

• CRNAs: Primary in-room anesthesia and 1st call

OR Setup:

• 4 Operating Rooms

• 1 CV Room
  Annual Case Volume: ~3,000
  Daily Providers: 4 total (mix of CRNAs and MDs)

Case Types:
General, endoscopy, OB (~450 deliveries), orthopedics (including spine), urology, gynecology, podiatry, cardiac (~380/year – cath lab & TEE)

Skills Required:
Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals (caselogs required as proof)

Requirements

Board Certification: NBCRNA (required)
License: Rhode Island (open to licensing)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
DEA & CSR: Required (Rhode Island)
Experience: Strong independent practice and OB/cardiac competency
